Republic of the Philippines Province of Masbate Municipality of Aroroy Barangay Revenue Code No. 001, Series of 2024 An Ordinance Enacting the Barangay Revenue Code of Barangay Baga-uma, Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate, Philippines This Code shall govern the levy, assessment and collection of taxes, fees and other services charges within the territorial jurisdiction of this barangay.

An Ordinance Adopting the Environment Code of the Province of Masbate SECTION 1. Title. This Ordinance shall be known as the “Masbate Provincial Environment Code of 2000”. SECTION 2. Declaration of Policy. It is hereby declared the policy of the Province in partnership with municipal/city government units, national government line agencies and the private sector to enhance the quality of life of every Masbateño consistent with the principles of sustainable development and responsible stewardship of God’s Gift of Nature; and, thus, to this end, the purpose of this Code shall be to provide a framework of norms, standards and requirements.

Codifying the General Code of Ordinances of the Masbate. Article IV Maintaining the Safety and Potability of Drinking Water Pursuant to Executive Order No. 01-93 SECTION 7. All commercial water peddlers shall chlorinate all water sold for public and private consumption. SECTION 8. The City Health Office shall take the duty of providing the necessary guidelines and distribution of the right amount of chlorine to water peddlers. SECTION 9. Any person/s found violating this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not less than One Thousand Pesos and not more than Two Thousand Pesos or be meted a prison term of not less than fifteen days or more than thirty days or both upon the discretion of the court.
